Returns

If you would like to return a product for any other reason, you can do so within 30 days of the purchase date.

We require a proof of purchase or receipt that must accompany your return.

The item(s) must be in a resalable condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, free of makeup, perfume, tear, and with all original tags attached), in the same original condition as received.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (we recommend you to use a shipping service that offers tracking service).

Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return and refund.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your item(s).

The item(s) will be inspected within 1-5 business days of arrival. You will receive an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed. Please allow 2-10 business days for refund to appear in the original method of payment account.

 

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, AQWA reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund.

If your returned item(s) does not qualify for an exchange or refund, we will notify you, and you will need to cover the shipping cost to have the item(s) sent back to you.

**Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.**
