Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

**Order processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time that appears on the checkout.**

In case of cancel an order, please email us at info@aqwabrand.com immediately. Once you have received the confirmation email with the tracking number, your order will be unable to be cancelled.

Be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, and include the correct address and email. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to switch items or sizes. 

 

Incorrect or Insufficient Shipping Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and able to receive deliveries.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient shipping address provided by the customer and the package is returned to our facility, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of a new shipping label before the order can be reshipped.

Orders will not be canceled, and no full or partial refunds will be issued if delivery fails due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient shipping address provided by the customer. The cost of reshipping the order is the customer's responsibility.

If the carrier does not return the package to our facility due to the shipping address provided by the customer, AQWA is not responsible for the loss of the package and no refunds, store credits, or complimentary replacements will be provided.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that it is their responsibility to verify all shipping information before completing the purchase.
